By using this website or placing an order with Hot n Roll, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Placing an order on this site is a request to order, not a guaranteed confirmation. We’ll contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details. Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is what applies to your order.

Delivery

We deliver within our current service area (see the FAQs page for coverage). Delivery times can vary with distance, weather, and how busy the kitchen is. We’ll do our best to get your order to you hot and fresh, as quickly as we reasonably can.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method offered.

Accuracy

We try to keep menu items, descriptions, and prices accurate and up to date. If something is wrong or an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you before preparing it.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to get every order right, but Hot n Roll isn’t liable for indirect losses arising from a delayed or incorrect order. Our responsibility in such cases is limited to correcting the order, a replacement, or a refund, per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
