Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind or made a mistake? Call or WhatsApp us right away at 0315 5552321. If we haven’t started preparing your order yet, we’ll cancel or adjust it, no charge. Once preparation has started, we’re not able to cancel, since the food is already being made fresh for you.

Once It’s Out for Delivery

Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve left the kitchen for delivery.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If an item is missing, wrong, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you notice, ideally the same day. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

How Refunds Work

Since orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as cash back or a credit toward your next order, whichever works better for you. We don’t issue refunds for a simple change of mind once your order is being prepared.
